Our leadership team at Sayres is one comprised of highly experienced, action-oriented, focused individuals driven by the common goals and objectives Sayres sets out to achieve. It is the responsibility of leadership to ensure alignment across the organization, be decisive in action, and support and build the rest of the Sayres team. Our leaders are dedicated to creating more leaders, as we place large emphasis on the development of all Sayres team members. It is through their direction and vast expertise that we find success, from small-scale tasks, to effectively operating as a leading global provider of defense support services.

Tim Reardon

Tim has over 25 years of government contracting industry experience including roles as former CEO of Constellis, President of Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, and President of Leidos Defense and Intelligence. Additionally, he has served on multiple boards including LM UK and Australia, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, and the Humane Rescue Alliance. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science from The George Washington University.

Kevin Darnell
President, Naval Systems

Kevin has over 30 years of acquisition and engineering services project management experience. He is responsible for growth verticals and specified contract performance. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Marymount University and is a certified Program Management Professional.

Mike Dollens
President, Fleet Operations

Mike has over 20 years of acquisition and engineering services project management experience. He is responsible for growth projections, contract management, and revenue streams. A former surface warfare officer, he earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University Program Manager’s Course.

Mark Rothman

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of finance and accounting management experience. He is in charge of all revenue and cash flow as well as management of various cost type accounting. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.

Liz Dundon
Vice President, Operations

Liz has over 15 years of operational and leadership experience, specializing in strategic growth and business tactics. She oversees corporate security, facilities, and IT administration and integrates and scales company-wide processes. Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s Level Certification in Financial Management from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Saint Francis.

Sam Washington
Vice President, Human Resources

Sam has over 35 years of executive human resources leadership experience with large and small defense services providers. He overseas all aspects of personnel management both domestically and internationally. Sam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alcorn State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University.

Barbara Golder
Vice President, Contracts

Barbara has over 20 years of federal government contracting, subcontracting, General Services Administration (GSA) administration, and pricing experience, serving the federal government while in industry. She is a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) with extensive training in contracts management, FAR/DFAR/CAS, negotiations, compliance, risk management, proposal development, and pricing. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.

Aaron White
Vice President, Fleet Operations

Aaron has over 25 years of Navy training experience ranging from requirements development to event reconstruction and analysis. Aaron oversees domestic and international contracts in the fields of IT, financial management, maintenance support, and naval surface warfare training. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science.

David Durham
Vice President, Strategic Capture

Responsible for guiding the growth of Sayres Defense with a focus on opportunity maturation throughout the capture process and the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships, David has served in a variety of operational and business development executive roles over a decades long career in the defense services industry and is a retired Navy Reserve surface warfare captain. David earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and an MPA from the University of Oklahoma.
