Our leadership team at Sayres is one comprised of highly experienced, action-oriented, focused individuals driven by the common goals and objectives Sayres sets out to achieve. It is the responsibility of leadership to ensure alignment across the organization, be decisive in action, and support and build the rest of the Sayres team. Our leaders are dedicated to creating more leaders, as we place large emphasis on the development of all Sayres team members. It is through their direction and vast expertise that we find success, from small-scale tasks, to effectively operating as a leading global provider of defense support services.

Tim Reardon

Chief Executive Officer

Tim Reardon

Tim has over 25 years of government contracting industry experience including roles as former CEO of Constellis, President of Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, and President of Leidos Defense and Intelligence. Additionally, he has served on multiple boards including LM UK and Australia, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, and the Humane Rescue Alliance. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science from The George Washington University.

TERRI HAGUE

Chief Operating Officer

TERRI HAGUE

Terri has over 25 years of contracting and operational experience as a Federal contractor with expertise in contract development, administration and negotiation. Her expertise includes a keen understanding and application of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP). Terri attended Averett University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Chief Financial Officer

Eric Junker

Eric possesses 30 years of experience and expertise overseeing full life-cycle financial operations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, project controls, resource planning, indirect rate development, M&A integration, and pricing. He has served in Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Controller positions in both small and very large Government contractors. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with an undergraduate degree from William & Mary and postgraduate degrees from The George Washington University and George Mason University Costello College of Business.

Chief Growth Officer

Destry Grogan, PhD

Destry has over 20 years of experience in business development, program management, engineering, CBRN, and test and evaluation. He served as the Director of Technology Development at the U.S. Army Futures Command Synthetic Training Environment Cross-Functional Team in Orlando. Before that, he was Chief of Program Integration at the U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Sentinel Program office, where he led the Program Management of the new Nuclear Missile design and technology development while managing the program office execution of the processes, organizational structure, workforce development, training, and operations. He also managed outdoor testing and training operations at Dugway Proving Ground. He began his career with the U.S. Army doing emergency and laboratory medicine work, then transitioned to conducting engineering and explosives operations worldwide. He has a PhD from Columbia Southern University and is a proud graduate of Liberty University and George Washington University.

LIZ DUNDON

Strategic Business Development

LIZ DUNDON

Liz has over 15 years of operational and leadership experience, specializing in strategic growth and business tactics. She oversees all corporate operations with a focus on integrating and scaling company-wide processes. Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s Level Certification in Financial Management from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Saint Francis.

MIKE DOLLENS

Mike has over 20 years of acquisition and engineering services project management experience. He is responsible for growth projections, contract management, and revenue streams. A former surface warfare officer, he earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from San Diego State University and is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University Program Manager’s Course.

AARON WHITE

Aaron has over 25 years of Navy training experience ranging from requirements development to event reconstruction and analysis. Aaron oversees domestic and international contracts in the fields of IT, financial management, maintenance support, and naval surface warfare training. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science.

SAM WASHINGTON

Vice President, Human Resources

SAM WASHINGTON

Sam has over 35 years of executive human resources leadership experience with large and small defense services providers. He overseas all aspects of personnel management both domestically and internationally. Sam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alcorn State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University.
